Ice-hardened German steel and a precise 15° Japanese-style blade edge has combined to create our Professional knife range - we call this World Edge Geometry.
Designed for superior sharpness, each fully forged kitchen knife with full tang is perfectly weighted and balanced for effortless use. With a knife for every culinary task, you can build a set from both the Professional and Signature ranges.
To ensure both ranges remain razor-sharp we recommend using one of our sharpeners.
WHY SHARPEN?
- With prolonged use, knife edges can become blunt.
It might seem obvious, but sharp knives help you work quicker in the kitchen, cook food more evenly and prevent accidents caused by blunt knives slipping as you work.
For effortless chopping, carving and slicing, regular sharpening makes light work of food preparation, saving time and ensuring uniformity when you’re paring and dicing.
Our Hand-held Knife Sharpener in a professional kitchen or at home, ensures effortless razor-sharpness for our Professional and Signature knives every time.
