As soon as you miss a payment, Afterpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with Afterpay.
A late fee may be charged when an installment for an order is not paid after the applicable grace period (usually 10 days unless otherwise noted on your payment schedule). Afterpay will only ever charge one late fee per installment and the total amount of late fees charged on an order will never exceed 25% of your initial order value.
Afterpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Afterpay in future. We encourage you to use Afterpay responsibly. See Afterpay Terms of Service for further details.

Yes, your order value including shipping must be under US$4000 to use Afterpay. Your maximum order value may be lower depending on factors such as being a new customer or your payment history.

Items purchased with Afterpay follow our standard return process.
Please note, refunds for Afterpay purchases will be refunded from Robert Welch to Afterpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.
When the refund is processed, any upcoming payments you have to Afterpay will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with.
