It means a lot to everyone at Robert Welch Designs because it’s based on feedback from our loyal customers, but it also provides an independent seal of approval. The Platinum Trusted Service Award can only be granted to companies that have achieved the Feefo Gold standard for three years or more, so this success really demonstrates our excellence in customer service.

When Robert Welch first opened his Studio Shop on Chipping Campden High Street in 1969, he worked Saturdays just so that he could chat with customers and listen to their thoughts and feedback.
