The Signature wall-mounted magnetic knife rack is made from black ABS with 18/10 stainless steel fixings and detailing. It contains a robust magnetic strip to firmly affix your knives in place.

Robert Welch kitchen knives have a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang for superior strength. German stainless steel, hardened to Rockwell 56 allows for easy home maintenance and a superior sharpness that lasts. The tactile handle features the RW insignia, a permanent steel detail.

The Signature Hand-held knife sharpener is made durable matt black ABS. It has a weighted, non-slip base. The replaceable ceramic sharpening wheel is housed within an angled clear plastic guard which ensures the knives are aligned correctly with the sharpening wheel. Suitable for all non-serrated knives.

When washing your kitchen knives by hand (recommended):
Rinse your kitchen knives to remove all traces of food as soon as possible after use. Wash in warm soapy water with a microfibre cloth or non abrasive brush**. Try to avoid soaking your kitchen knives and always dry thoroughly immediately after washing, using a microfibre cloth.

When washing your kitchen knives in a dishwasher:
• Wash on a short hot cycle 65°-75°C (150°-167°F)
• Use quality branded all in one dishwasher tablets*
• Keep Rinse Aid topped up and Salt (for hard water areas).
• Avoid washing with non-stainless steel metals (this can cause rust staining).
• Ensure the dishwasher filters are cleaned and use a proprietary dishwasher cleaner regularly.

**Always avoid scouring with pads or abrasive cleaners as this will scratch the surface.

Additional care of knife handles:
Periodically apply a mineral oil to handles to maintain their colour. Please remove any excess oil.
