SLOE GIN FIZZ HIGHBALLS
Red is the colour of the season, making this Sloe Gin Fizz Highball perfect for any Christmas party. Easy to make and full of juicy fruity flavours. Adding mint or rosemary really elevates the presentation, as does the inclusion of a Drink Stirrer!

INGREDIENTS:
80ml sloe gin
20ml Cointreau
200ml soda water or tonic water
40ml cranberry juice
1 handful of ice
Fresh mint & redcurrants to serve
METHOD:
1 - Add the ice into two highball glasses.
2 - Add all the ingredients, except the soda/tonic water, together into a cocktail shaker along with another handful of ice. Shake until well combined.
3 - Pour into each glass and top up with soda or tonic water. Mix with a cocktail stirrer and garnish with mint leaves and redcurrants.
